I didn’t always think about manifestation or mindset. In fact, the first time I really heard someone talk about it seriously was through a woman in my friend group. A lot of people thought she was strange or a little “out there” because she would talk about things like the universe, energy, and the idea that emotion is energy in motion.
One evening I ended up spending some time with her. We went out to dinner, and I actually sat and listened to what she was saying. Instead of brushing it off, I started feeling curious. The more I thought about it later, the more I realized something interesting: when I looked back at my own life, many of the biggest shifts — good and bad — had a lot to do with my thoughts and the way I was thinking at the time.
That realization made me wonder if there really was something to it.
From there, I started exploring more. I began watching videos, listening to different perspectives, and reading books from people like Dr. Joe Dispenza, Louise Hay, Neville Goddard, and others who talk about mindset, consciousness, and manifestation.
Right now, I’m still on that journey. I’m learning to train my thoughts, challenge old patterns, and move toward the kind of life I want to create.
This blog is a place where I want to share that journey — the ideas I’m exploring, the challenges I run into, the wins along the way, and the lessons I learn as I go.
What I’m Exploring Right Now
Right now I’m exploring ideas around mindset, awareness, and how our thoughts influence the direction of our lives. I’m especially interested in learning how to become more intentional about what I focus on and how I respond to challenges.
Some of the teachers and ideas I’m currently exploring include the work of Neville Goddard, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Louise Hay, along with other perspectives on consciousness and personal growth.
